AvosDim show you how to change the lock on your Domestic Roller Shutter below. Lilou, our 14 year-old work placement intern, shows just how easy it is.
Good to know:
The AvosDim roller shutter lock is available in 5 colour options and perfect for replacing damaged locks.
– Dimensions reverse (visible internally): 194 x 27 x 12 mm
– Dimensions face (finished side — visible externally): 118 x 27 x 12 mm.
Tools needed:
– Unscrew the two outer screws using your Phillips screwdriver.
Your lock will divide into two sections.
The lock is divided into two parts. Place them on each side of your Roller Shutter (internal / external).
– Retighten the two outer screws using your Phillips screwdriver, holding the the cover plate correctly which will keep the lock in position. It is screw fixed by embedding in the Roller Shutter on an intermediary slat or the bottom slat.
Voilà, there you have it, your lock is replaced.
You can now use your Roller Shutter again with full security.
