Once the cancellation form has been correctly completed, you will receive a return approval email with your return procedure as well as a well as a package contents list...

For your cancellation to be accepted please take note of the following:

Request cancellation within 30 days following the receipt of your order
The product and the packaging must be returned to us in perfect condition, if damaged in any way we will not be able to fulfill the refund
Made-to-measure products are not eligible for this offer
