Motorising your roller shutter

AVOSDIM now offer a complete and simple solution to convert your manual shutter to motorised, the all-in-one RTS motor kit. After assembling the motor and tube, simply open the roller box and replace the old tube with the new one and screw closed.

The Somfy ® RTS motor can be operated from the supplied remote control, or from any other Somfy ® brand RTS product. The motor can also be controlled from the Tahoma box and the Connexoon box (sold separately), opening the doors to a world of connectivity and automation.

See below to confirm if your shutter is compatible with this motorisation kit:

• Previous tube measures 60mm in diameter and is between 750mm and 3500mm width
• Selected motor power (Nm) is adequate for shutter weight, see formula below:

* Estimated weight of the slats: PVC 4kg/m² - aluminum 4.5kg/m² - wood 11kg/m²

Is the motor power not enough for your required width? Opt for the longer length, you can discard the extra telescopic tube.
