The CLIKSUR ZF H875E curtain lock clips are a secure way to prevent forced opening of the closed roller shutter slats. The locks connect the top slat of the curtain to the roller tube, locking when there is manual pressure applied from underneath, the shutter staying firmly closed.

Compatible shutter types

These clips are compatible with winch/crank controlled shutters (endless release type) and motorised shutters with a torque limiter.

Compatible tubes

This lock attachment model is compatible with all types of existing roller tubes. It is particularly suitable for ZF roller tubes, on which it adapts easily without screwing thanks to metal tabs and notches on the tube.

It will also be suitable for octagonal models on which they will be fixed via 2 screws or rivets (not supplied).

The only requirement is the diameter of the tube must be maximum 165mm.

Compatible slats

The slats must have a pitch of between 7 and 8mm, and their height must be between 30 and 45mm (not including the upper attachment profile). The weight of the curtain must not exceed 7kg per clip.

Why choose the 2-link lock clip?

The 2 link clips are ideal for Renovation type roller shutters (with their own box), PVC bay units with large boxes, with boxes between 180 and 205mm. This ensures that you don't run out of blades.

Required quantity

It is necessary to provide a clip at each end of the drive shaft and to reinforce it at intervals of approximately 800mm.
