The AvosDim General Conditions of Use

Our site www.AvosDim.com is the property of SAS AvosDim in its entirety, as well as all the rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically submitted to us as the owner. On the other hand, hypertext type links to the site are authorized without specific prior request.

The #avosdim @avosdim photo gallery gathers photographs posted by users highlighting the company AvosDim through their achievements.

 

Object

These General Conditions of Use govern the use of the #avosdim @avosdim photo gallery by any user, natural person, whoever they are, at least 16 years of age.

The #avosdim @avosdim photo gallery is visible to anyone on the AvosDim.com, AvosDim.com/uk, AvosDim.com/es, AvosDim.com/de merchant sites; as well as their related social networks. By browsing these sites, you acknowledge having read and fully and unreservedly accept the General Conditions of Use detailed here.

By mentioning @avosdim #avosdim on your social media visuals, you authorize AVOSDIM to use your visuals on its international e-commerce sites and related social networks. This fully and without reservation. The rights to your photos are then only assigned to AvosDim.

AvosDim reserves the right to modify the T & Cs # AvosDim at any time with immediate application. We invite you to read the #AvosDim Ts & Cs regularly.

Access

The #avosdim @avosdim photos are accessible to everyone on condition that they meet the conditions set out in the "Subject" paragraph and accept them fully and without reservation.

Photo publication - Win an AvosDim gift voucher

AvosDim will honor each week the INSTAGRAM photo that will appeal to the Communication team the most and the author of this photo will receive a voucher of £50 to be used on the AvosDim.com site and its international versions.

Your photos published on your Instagram account in public mode and commented by the hashtag: #AvosDim and / or the mention @AvosDim will be tracked and can be selected by AvosDim for publication and may earn you vouchers of £50 to be valid on the AvosDim site each week (1 photo selected each Monday). 1st draw Monday 8/03/21.

If your photo wins the voucher, AvosDim will send you a comment below the post of your visual. But beware, there is only one winner per week;)

AvosDim reserves the right to publish photos that do not win the voucher.

Criteria of photo selection

Les photos retenues ou qui ont été trackées sur Instagram, feront l’objet d’une sélection par AvosDim.

The photos must show at least one product highlighting the AvosDim brand. The AvosDim product must be sufficiently identifiable. Photos should be sharp and of good quality, preferably in a square format. Text on the image is prohibited. No other brand should be identifiable alongside it. Editing of several different photos is prohibited, as is the use of fun filters such as SNAPCHAT.

AvosDim has a right of moderation which allows it not to publish certain offensive or disrespectful visuals of various causes related to Human and Animal rights (pornography, racism, violence, etc.) or infringing copyright, image rights, neighboring rights or trademark rights.

Guarantees

You warrant to AVOSDIM that you own the copyright to the Photos for which you identify AvosDim and assign the rights to it by acceptance - in accordance with these Ts & Cs.

The publication of photos by minors or showing minors presupposes that they have previously obtained the consent of their legal representatives.

You agree to guarantee AvosDim against any dispute by third parties concerning the infringement of trademark rights or copyright and more generally any intellectual property right which would be attached to the photos and to bear in full the damages or interest or the indemnities that AvosDim may have to pay as a result.

Assignment of rights

You expressly authorize AvosDim and its subsidiaries to use and exploit the photos on these French and international e-commerce sites and on these French and international social networks as well. All the entities linked to AvosDim will thus be able to use them in communications to the public whatever it is and by any process whatsoever (mailing, press, social networks Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, ...), known and used to date or to come.

AvosDim reserves the right to modify the photos at its convenience, in any way, by any process, as long as this does not cause you any prejudice. This permission on your part is granted free of charge, for the whole world and for the duration of the copyright protection.

Request to delete a photo

The deletion of photos is to be requested by email to communication@avosdim.com.

Personal information

The data is collected by AvosDim after consent of the person transmitting the visual. They are sent to the Communication department for processing.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and European Regulation 2016/679 relating to the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, modify and delete data concerning you.

To exercise these rights or for any questions about the processing of your data in this device, you can contact the Communication department at communication@avosdim.com. If you feel, after contacting us, that your IT rights and Freedoms have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL.
