  • Excellent products. Delivery couriers are useless and delayed the package by 48 hours. DPD and Menzies gave me the run around and all because their driver ran out of time that day. No customer contact despite having contacted Avosdim. Would have been brilliant otherwise. I’d buy again though.

  • I received this aluminum unit as a replacement for a previous order. The unit wasn't perfect and had minor scrapes in the powdercoat finish and the bottom brush was crushed at both ends by the wrapping packaging, albeit they did recover after a couple of days. Much of these items should be addressed at the factory before delivery and form part of the quality control. I have passed on my feedback to the English resellers as this is a French product.
