Customer Information: COVID-19 / Brexit updates

Dear customers,

We are working hard to remain open and fully operational, doing our best to adapt to the evolving situation. Our office staff continue to work from home, with our factory and warehouse running at normal capacity with the necessary health precautions in place.

As our warehouse and factory are located in northern France, there have been a variety of procedure changes to implement following Brexit, which we and our couriers are working hard to adapt to. Please allow for delays while the new processes are established.

Order Completion:

Please allow for slight delays on the dispatch of standard orders and 1-2 week delays on the fabrication of made to measure orders. We are making every effort to minimise any delays and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.


Home delivery: Deliveries have resumed - please allow for delays due to a customs backlog and possible paperwork issues.

Customer Service:

Our phone line is temporarily down while we rearrange our customer service department, please get in touch via the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are experiencing a lot of requests concerning current orders so please bear with us and just send one message and we will get to it.

VAT: We will continue processing and shipping orders as before, with the relevant completed paperwork. You won't have any import duty to pay on receipt of your order, we will charge and pay UK VAT at the source.

Customs duty requests: If you receive a message from the courier requesting customs duty payment please get in touch via our contact form. This will be due to a paperwork error and will be resolved as soon as possible.
